Introduction

“SHERPA CHILDREN ASSISTANCE ASSOCIATION” (SCAA) is total a non-Government and non-profit making Organization established for providing School education to the poor and helpless children of Sherpa Country of Solu Khumbu Eastern Himalayan region of Nepal. SCAA is registered under the government of Nepal in 2000 A.D. bearing its registration number 934 / 057 / 58. Pan No. 301740034.

In the beginning, though there were only four children 2 child by my self and 2 child by sponsors from France needy children who were provided a full support for their education. In the last eight years of its existence (by 2008) SCAA, with the help of some benevolent and humane people (Sponsors) from France, Swiss, Italy and USA, has managed to provide education to other Sixty nine children originating from the very poor and orphan families. Of course, these children are not blessed by god almighty, but they are really blessed by their godparents. Now, these children are able to turn up to school and dream to be a good in life only because of their godparents and their helping hands.

At present, there are 91 Children who are getting school education and standing themselves as a student in their local society as because of the establishment and well management of SCAA along with the kind support from its sponsors and other well wishes.
